GUDBERG is a present for art lovers
"Creative versatility keeps Hamburg's GUDBERG agency in the spotlight."(JAM PUBLICATIONS 05.09)
To ensure art gets more than a raw deal in the daily grind at work, art director Jan Mueller-Wiefel created several more playgrounds to run riot in, all under the same name:
GUDBERG Publishing, the GUDBERG Gallery and, first and foremost, the GUDBERG Magazine for Art, Graphics, Design & Photography.
It stepped out grandly in an A3, full colour format, printed on pleasant recycled paper: not a glossy but brilliantly creative. The magazine is a forum for artists all over the world and an art project that any fan of art and design would be well advised to collect. The 7 editions published to date include contributions from Arne Quinze, Linnekogel, Esther Haase, Pandarosa, Fernanda Cohen, James Gallagher, VIA Grafik, karlssonwilker, Lucy and Bart, to name but a few.
This printed stroll through the globe's most exciting art scenes is produced in cooperation with leading international galleries. The current issue is available for free - in a limited run of 2000 copies - in selected museums and shops. All editions can be ordered from the publisher online.
Four issues per year, spring, summer, autumn and winter. One major topic, which is keeping together the artworks.
